You will be responsible for coordinating and successfully carrying out sampling and process optimization in the area of injection molding – with the goal of sustainably increasing quality, efficiency, and innovation.

Summary – Support the development teams in secure software development by defining and enforcing security policies, conducting audits, penetration tests and risk management, managing security incidents, preparing for certifications, delivering security training, and taking on other security-related tasks as part of the security team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting development teams during the development process with a focus on IT security
  • Creating security guidelines and best practices for secure software development and ensuring consistent implementation
  • Regularly conducting security audits and pentests in the area of ​​application security and interfaces
  • You will be responsible for continuous vulnerability and risk management in the application environment
  • Regular organizing and leading of security training for developers to strengthen the security culture
  • You support the preparations for audits and certifications
  • Management of security incidents, including rapid incident response, analysis and recovery, and follow-up
  • As part of the security team, you will carry out other security-relevant areas when required

Requirements:

  • You have a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
  • You have a a background in software development, ideally with .NET in cloud (Azure) and on-premises environments
  • You have in-depth knowledge of secure coding practices as well as application and interface security
  • You are familiar with current threats and are able to ensure that security aspects are integrated into the development process from the very beginning
  • You have an understanding of container and VM security as well as current authentication and authorization mechanisms and can pass on this knowledge in a practical way
  • Ideally, you have experience in integrating security checks into CI/CD pipelines and secure software architecture
  • You feel confident in conducting technical analyses, can realistically assess risks and set priorities correctly
  • You have very good German and English skills so that you can communicate effortlessly with English-speaking colleagues
